Setting:
Sandy Surf Villa, also known as K508, is on the fifth floor with full panoramic ocean, beach and Haleakala views located in the "Penthouse" building above the family pool, spa, fitness center, business center and lobby. This nearly perfect central location is most convenient to access The Shops at Wailea and the Grand Wailea Resort. There is no need to rent a car! Walk to everything, including fine dining, shopping, spas, salons, and all types of recreation and pampering.
Beach Access:
Stroll past the lovely cascading waterfall and beautifully planted gardens to the gorgeous golden sand crescent shaped Wailea Beach, as well as to the Wailea Beach Villas Adult Pool & Hot Tub Spa. At the beach you can snorkel, swim, scuba dive, kayak and sometimes boogie board or surf when the waves are up! The Adult Pool & Hot Tub Spa is staffed with Pool Attendants who will help place a reclining chaise lounge on the beach for you.
Pool:
Yes Sandy Surf Villa is five floors above the family pool, hot tub spa and Fitness Center. A second pool for adults with a natural free-form lava rock encircled whirlpool spa is just a short stroll down slope towards Wailea Beach. Both pools have attendants for help with towels and other services. Both pools are heated with relatively shallow design for maximum heat retention.
Outdoor Spa:
There are two open-air star-lit free-form lava rock encircled whirlpool hot tubs within the lushly landscaped grounds, including one just steps from your private elevator.
Central A/C:
All rooms have central air conditioning with individual room air conditioning controls, providing for all guests to set their own preferred temperature. If the doors are left open, the air conditioning will temporarily recess until the doors are closed again. All rooms are equipped with whisper quiet remote-control ceiling fans.
Security System:
Attentive security personnel patrol the grounds of the Wailea Beach Villas for guest security.
Home Size:
Approximately 2,900 square feet indoors plus an additional 490 square feet of outdoor veranda space, for a total of almost 3,400 square feet for your living enjoyment!
Villa Electronics:
The Great Room is equipped with an iPod dock that distributes music through the central surround sound speaker system, Blu-ray CD and DVD player, HD DVR digital cable box and 60 inch HD Flat Panel Television with HD channel subscription. Each bedroom has a digital cable box, CD/DVD, iPod alarm clock radio, and large flat panel television.
Internet Access:
Complimentary high speed wireless internet service is provided as well as several ethernet jacks for hard wire internet high speed connections for guests without wireless receivers in their computers. An ethernet cable is provided for hard-wire connections.
Office:
For your convenience there is a complete array of office supplies stocked as well as an answering machine, and fax/scanner/printer/copier. To send or receive a fax use the personal fax machine provided in your own villa. Separately, there is a formal Business Center located in the main lobby, that is equipped with two Dell computers and a printer. It is open daily.
Safe:
A complimentary in-villa safe is provided in the master bedroom closet
Sofa Bed or Futon:
There is a brand new queen size sofa bed with memory foam topper in the den/bedroom which can be curtained off from the Great Room and which serves as a fourth bedroom. Solid cast bamboo pattern diffused glass doors are coming soon! Great mountain view and 40" Sony LCD TV with CD/DVD, Wii Game and personal desk and side chair. There is a dresser for clothing storage. Use the full shower hall bath outside of bedroom three.
Gym or Exercise Equipment:
Residents-Only Air Conditioned Gym and Fitness Center situated conveniently within Wailea Beach Villas will provide a good selection of work-out equipment. Use is complimentary for guests. The gym features Hoist brand bicep and tricep pull, leg-press, multi-press, lat pull-down, leg extension, hamstring curl. Free weights, resist-a-ball, mats. Two recumbent bikes, 2 treadmills and 2 eliptical trainers, all Precor brand with televisions. Showers and Lockers at Pool.
Billiard Table:
Downstairs in the lounge on property. Also, nearby at several bars and lounges, including the always fun Mulligan's Irish Pub at the Wailea Blue Golf Clubhouse, which provides nightly entertainment.

Rates Per Night:
Tropical Villa Vacations is pleased to announce a new partnership with Hawaiian Airlines Hawaiian Miles. Miles earned with Hawaiian Airlines can be used with Delta, Northwest, Continental (mainland US), Virgin Atlantic, and Island Air.

2010:
February 24th to March 26th just $1,450 per night
April 2nd to June 11th $1,295 per night
June 11th to September 5th $1,500 per night
September 5th to December 17th $1,395 per night, except any reservation that includes Thanksgiving $1,500 per night
December 17, 2010 to January 3, 2011 $2,950 per night with a 10 night minimum. Extra nights before or after the holiday season are at the published lower fall or winter rates for extra savings!
2011:
January 3 to March 18 $1,500 per night.
All rates are plus State of Hawaii Transient Accommodations Tax 8.25%. The State of Hawaii Transient Accommodations Tax will increase to 9.25% for any occupancy starting on or after July 1, 2010.

Minimum Stay:
There is a 4 night minimum payment term. We will consider a visit of less than 4 nights to fill a pre-existing gap with an additional cleaning cost.

Six guests inclusive of all ages with the exception of infants
Deposit:
$1,000. The security deposit may be reduced for repeat guests on subsequent visits.
Service Charge:
A $50 Reservation Service Charge will be collected with the initial payment.

Our villas are extremely well stocked with an abundant supply of towels, blankets and extra bed linens. There is plenty of inventory to suffice for several days. For every 7 nights rented at the advertised published rate we will provide a thorough mid-stay cleaning service on day 3 or 4. Personal laundry service is excluded, however our housekeepers are available to shuttle your personal dry cleaning and laundry to a near-by professional clothing service. Within the villa there is a laundry room with a washer/dryer, laundry supplies, iron and board. There is a pick up and drop off available within the resort for a professional dry cleaning and laundry service.
